Installation is simple and ideal for electricians or stone fabricators. To install, cut a 3.75-inch round hole into the countertop (up to 2 ³/₁₆ inches thick), secure the unit using the 4.52-inch threaded flange, and hardwire it via the included five foot soft wire whip to a junction box (not included). It is compatible with a wide range of countertop surfaces including granite, quartz, marble, wood, laminate, and concrete, offering flexibility for both residential and commercial environments. The receiving top cup allows a maximum thickness of a .5 inch thick disc. Any counter top thicker than this must be ground down to .5 inches before installation.
